I recorded a podcast today regarding a PSA test. You can listen to it here.

Most importantly I want men to know they should be having a PSA test yearly and not to be afraid of it! There are things you can do before your test to ensure you get the best and lowest levels possible for you.

This by no means is a complete list but these are a few things I know can affect your levels. Reminder - I am not a Dr! This is information I have gathered from doing my own research and from personal experience, which I explain in the podcast.

A few things NOT to do for 48 hours before a PSA test

*No hot tub

*No exercise

*No bike riding

*No ejaculation <---------- in case I wasn't clear..... NO SEX

So now call your Dr and schedule your PSA!
